When ordering from thesuistudio.com (may be mentioned as we/THE SUI STUDIO/us hereafter), you automatically agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below.  Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.

We are located in Girona, Spain.

Order and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (euro) and all prices include 21% IVA. Goods also ship from Spain. Spanish IVA doesn’t apply for orders outside of the EU and will automatically be deducted during checkout.

THE SUI STUDIO cannot be held responsible for any changes in currency or exchange rates charges carried out by any bank.  Payment is collected at the time of placing an order and an order confirmation is sent out to the customer. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Your order will be delivered by a courier of THE SUI STUDIO’s choosing, but we will try to comply with the customer’s selection if possible. Shipping will be at the cost of the customer. We aim to dispatch the goods within 24 hours, but allow for up to 3 work days.  

When placing an order you confirm that all details are true, that you are over 18 years old, and that you are the authorized user of the credit card used for the transaction. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatching it. In such instance we’ll issue a refund and inform of such instance via email.

IVA and Duties

If you’re placing an order from inside the EU, you must pay Spanish IVA, but no duties. If you’re ordering from outside the EU, the IVA will be automatically deducted during check out, you may however be subject to further duties and taxes in the country of the recipient.

 THE SUI STUDIO is in no way responsible for any extra fees or prolonged delivery time that may occur when importing goods to your country and it’s your own responsibility to cover those extra costs. If in doubt please check with your local custom office to determine what extra costs to expect.
