About Shipping
All the orders are made by hands in the studio from Girona. It takes 1-3 working days to prepare and ship your order. For the custom-made orders, it will take longer time for the production. When your order is ready, you will be notified by email.
The national and European orders will be handled by a local courier, MBE-Mail boxes ETC. For the orders outside of EU, we will send by the local post with tracking number which you can check on www.correos.es/es/en/individuals
When you check out, you can select the shipping option and have the exact shipping quote from MBE-Mail boxes ETC.
The shipping time is indicated as a guide only. You can check the shipping status online with the tracking number.

For the orders shipped by Correos and Mail boxes, in order to facilitate the shipping, please make sure you have the shipping address and phone number written correctly and completely, and preferably it is the address that you have someone to receive the package during the working hours.
If there’s any change in the shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible. Once the orders leave the studio, any address changes will be like a new shipment.
For any urgent orders, please write to us before placing the orders. We will adjust the production time.
*Due to the covid situation, the delivery time may vary especially for the orders out of EU.
Refund policy
You are always welcome to return or exchange the item within 14 days from the date when you receive the order.

Returns or exchanges are excepted only:
• If the item is sent back to us within 14 days of delivery
• The item is in perfect condition without being used at all (except being tried on)
For the custom made orders, returns or exchanges will not be excepted. But if there is any adjustment needed, please feel free to contact us.
If you receive the item with any defect, please write to us as soon as possible and we will take care of it.
We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit. So please return the item with a tracking number. The return costs are NOT covered by THE SUI STUDIO. Once we receive the returns, we will process the refund of the item cost only. The shipping cost is not refundable. The refund will be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase.
If the return is damaged due to improper packing or with insufficient postage causing THE SUI STUDIO any unexpected fees, it will be deducted from the buyer’s refund.
For the returns outside of EU, please declare it as a return to be avoid us being charged the import tax. Any unexpected fees will also be deducted from the buyer’s refund.
