Pursuing a fuse of a sleek style and fundamental elements of design has become my creative motif.
I tend to create pieces that are not only casual jewellery to wear on a daily basis, but also transcend the piece of wearable art to become a conscious statement of the wearer.
The first assignment of the jewellery course in university, I was asked to transform a piece of brass of 2 cm by 2 cm into something three-dimensional. As I was playing around with the patterns of line, I started to constantly saw the lines and count the space in between. Afterwards, by turning it to a different direction, I transformed the flat square piece into a new form three-dimensionally.
